Yes, of course. Any model that has been made is kept inside your personal area and you can re-use for new statues.

Second statues based on an existing scan are cheaper as there are no additional model processing costs.

Yes, we will provide a download link for all created models.

These files will be made available through the download section of your account page.

The generation proces is using an AI algorithm to extrapolate a 2D image into a 3D object. If you are not satisfied with the result, we can look for a solution together. We can provide a second try for free, using new picturesgiving advice to improve the picture quality for processing.

We cam also perform minor manual adjustments to the model before sending it to production.

In case you remain unsatisfied with the result, we will delete the models and refund the model costs.

There is an option to include texture and color information while creating the model, at a minor aditional cost.

This option is not needed to create the statues. But if you intend to use the model also for other purposes, than this could be interesting to include.

We have made a selection of colors and materials that we have tested and are for which we have confidence in the quality.

Specific requests can be made, during scanning, and we are open to look for a suitable solution.

Furthermore, our product development departement is looking into new and innovative production processes as to diversify the choices. In the ‘ options’ section you can find more information.

We create statues for in-door display. We encourage to have a resin coating of the statue if you want to keep it out-doors. Currently, we do not offer the option for resin coating, as this is not our area of expertise. Please let us know if this is something we should look into, as we might offer this as an option in the future.

The algorithm we are using is specialised for portait processing. We can therefore not provide any otheritems (or pets) at present. Please reach out to us for specific requests, we are willing to think along to see what could be a suitable solution for your specific request.

The statue can be painted in any way you desire. In our experience, using spray paint is the best way to create a uniform paint layer on the statue.

However, handpainting the statue is very well possible. We do not provide such a service directly.

We perform the prints without glasses and small jewelry. In some cases (neckless or small earrings), we can keep the jewelry on, and they will be shown in the statue.

However, in our experience, these elements do not add to the character of the final statue. It is therefore advisable to take off any jewlery.

At Nexum, we take great pride and care for the statues we create. All statues shown on the site are made with exactly the same care and attention as we produce it for all of our customers. It is a custom made product and we want you to enjoy it for as long as possible.

To ensure you are satisfied with the model we are making, we will give you access to a digital copy of the statue before producing it. This will ensure that you will be satisfied with our work before we create the final product.

With this in mind, there are of course some aspects to keep in mind due to the used materials and production techniques. In the options section of this site, you can read more about this.
